Color of data

Hi,
I am new here and not very good in English and for that I do not know how to search for that I want.
So, can anyone tell me what to do, if I want to show the change of the value with colour.
For instance: Pressure measuring (Excel template) if the number is higher than 140, number becomes red. I would like to use this option somewhere else.

Upload your workbook instead of a picture. We'll see the workbook in our own language version, can make changes and post it back. Then you can see it in your language again.
