    Lightbulb Suggestions: New methods to calculate the variance

    Hi, I am calculating the variance of my team members, PFA the file and methods used by me; however it would be great if any of you guys would suggest me a more accurate methods to calculate the same.

    Can anyone u plz help me on the above
