    With

    A1 = 1
    A2 = 2
    A3 = 3

    use B1 =
    ="ABCD"&A1&"EFGH"&A1"&IHJK"&A1&"MNO"

    copy down.

    Or, if you just want to apply the current row number, use

    ="ABCD"&row()&"EFGH"&row()"&IHJK"&row()&"MNO"

    copy down

    Here's my answer, starting in column B1. It also assumes that 1 starts in A1:

    =IF(A1>0,CONCATENATE("ACBD",A1,"EFGH",A1,"IHJK",A1,"MNO",A1))

    copy down
