    ms outlook to excel

    Hi,

My website has become very popular in the last few weeks, our visitors fill in a web form and it is dispatched to me via email to MS Outlook, the email layout is like that below.

Contact Name: Lloyd Contact Email: [email protected]

    Contact Phone:
Destination: Zante Departure Airport: Any London Airport
Number of PAX: 4 Departure Date: 05/07/2011
    Duration: two weeks Flexibility: 7days

    Other Info:
    Source: Google

I need to find a simple way of converting these emails into an excel table or access database simply and efficiently.

They are now automatically added to my database by the website, but i have 1000 records needing to be added.

Any suggestions how to do this quickly and easily.

    Thanks In Advance,

    Tom

Re: Help Please - simple problem

Your post does not comply with Rule 1 of our Forum RULES. Your post title should accurately and concisely describe your problem, not your anticipated solution. Use terms appropriate to a Google search. Poor thread titles, like Please Help, Urgent, Need Help, Formula Problem, Code Problem, and Need Advice will be addressed according to the OP's experience in the forum: If you have less than 10 posts, expect (and respond to) a request to change your thread title. If you have 10 or more posts, expect your post to be locked, so you can start a new thread with an appropriate title.
To change a Title on your post, click EDIT then Go Advanced and change your title, if 2 days have passed ask a moderator to do it for you.
    Hope that helps.
