Pivot Table with Pie Chart sub total question

Ok Guys I got one last Pivot table combined with a pie chart question


Please look at the image and ill explain away.

Under Row Labels I have the 5 grants I have in the city
then under each Grant I have the employees assigned tot he grant! PERFECT
Problem #1 I want another column which shows total for each grant, I know if I hit the minus key it will show the total but I want it to show both ways.


PROBLEM #2 I want the Pivot Table extended fully but want the Pie chart to just show each of the 5 grants.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
