Round to the nearest set range

Hi

Hope you can help me, i am trying to solve an issue with my current work project. I need to determine how much holiday someone would get. This would depend on the amount of months they have been at the company (blue), i need to match it to the set range (Green). I have put the answers in orange.

How would i do this automatically?

You can use:

Q3: =DATEDIF(O3,TODAY(),"m")
copied down

R3: =IF($Q3<MIN($F$4:$K$4),0,LOOKUP($Q3,$F$4:$K$4,INDEX($F$5:$K$7,MATCH($P3,$E$5:$E$7,0),0)))

When i put the formula in it mentions a circular reference. However still works for Q3 but R3 brings up a value of 0!!!

Sorry - typo - the $R3 in the LOOKUP should be $Q3 - corrected above
