Converting a number to the number of cells used

    Hi all,

I am working on the attatchment 'Flying Input', to make a simple little way that flights can be put in by any user and that information can be used by us, ATC, to see what the planned flying for the day will result in. Ie peaks in movements etc.

What I am trying to do is make it so that a user can input the callsign, departure time and sortie length and I can later produced graphs/charts showing how many aircraft will be departing or airborne at a time.

The bit I am having difficulty with is converting the sortie length to display as that number of cells. i.e. a 1.2 hour sortie is 14 five minute blocks (roughly). What I am trying to do is find a way to get that value (14 in this case) to fill the corresponding 14 cells on the data worksheet with the ACFT callsign. And example of what I am trying to do is in thee attatchment 'flying rates'

Anyone got any ideas on how to do this?

Open to suggestions on other solutions also

    Thanks in advance
