Group multiple rows by earliest date

    Good afternoon,

On the attached sheet, I am trying to do a sort and group at the same time, without success. My actual data sheet has over 35000 rows, so need something like a macro to perform this function.

What I need is to go through column B (Date) from earliest to latest.
At the same time however, I need to group all codes in column A that are alike once they have been encountered the first time..

So the example result I need is:
Go through date column sorted ascending ..
If a code appears on that date, extract all other rows that have that code in them, no matter what the date is and group them together.
Move to the next code and repeat.

So at the end of the day I will have a list that has sorted by the first date of each code, and has all instances of that code then grouped together.

The attached sheet shows the starting data and the desired result.
