Compute Due Dates
Hello!
I will pls. need a formula on computing due dates with condition. Each person will be given 5,000 on their b-day every year. The formula should give me warning signal if their b-date is near (30 days) before their birthday.
I've attached a file which explains better what I need.
Pls. let me know if there's any clarification. Thanks as usual for your help.

Then select that range and go to Format|Conditional formatting
Cell Value Is >> Equal to >> enter: ="DUE"
click Format and choose red from Pattern tab.
