Lookup Second to Last instance in a list

Hi, I am using the formual below to find and return the last instance of value in a sorted list. is there any way to return the second to last instance of the same value in that list? the green cell is what the results of the formula are and the red cell on the data tab is what I am would like to return.

=IFERROR(LOOKUP(A12,1/(histore=A12),hidate),"")
