Display results horizontally - grouped by 1 item : is it possible?

I used to do something very similar to this at a job I had years ago... but my excel has gotten a bit rusty.

I've included a screenshot so you know where I'm coming from below.

I need to concantenate the keywords, sorted by Object-ID (or post title, whichever)
I just need the keywords to be either listed horizontally by object ID (and I can concantenate from there) or listed in one cell separated by ','.

There are 14,000+ lines in this spreadsheet so I can't just filter by obj. ID and do it manually. Any ideas?

A attached workbook would help, but anyway:
First, I would use one helper column to identify first row of each ID
The next column picks keyword from next row if ID is same as present row
next column picks keyword from two rows down if ID is same as present row
(and so on until you have reached the max different keywords per ID)
copy down the entire sheet.
(now first row of any ID should hold all keywords for that ID)
copy and paste all these columns as text.
Use filter to get rid of all rows not identified by the first helper column.
