Can anyone tell me why when I protect a sheet (no Password,2007) so other users dont mess up the formulas it works great for me, but when I email it, no one can access any cells at all, the whole page is locked???
Thanks my hair is all but gone

Perhaps when they open it from their email accounts it is in a temp file. Try having them save the file to disk and then open it up.
You have to select all the cells that don't have formulas, that is the cells you want them to have access to, and use the CELL PROPERTIES window to unlock those cells. Leave the formula cells locked.
Then when you turn on Sheet Protection, be sure to set the protections properly to allow them to select unlocked cells.
