    Question Survey Filtering Data

    Hello Everyone,

Would require your help as I can't seem to find anyway to make the following work.

I have a survey tabulation that I need to apply a special filter.

This is a summary of what I need:

    - There a total of 133 questions combined
    - Criteria is identified in RED
    - all data in blue should be moved by columns to "Tabulation" tab under same sheet.

Can anyone kindly assist or guide me how to do this?

    Re: Survey Filtering Data

    maybe like this:

insert a row above row 1
copy the "Age" row (now row 3) into row 1
Do a left to right sort on your table, starting from column B, with row 1 being the sort criterion. Now all blue columns are in one block. Copy and paste to the tabulation sheet
Delete row 1 with the doubled up data in both sheets and do another left to right sort based on your question numbers.

Edit: BTW, left to right sort can be chosen from the Sort dialog - Option button
