how to copy multiple cell rows with increasing fixed number every 10 rows

Dear all,

Im want to copy a multiple rows which the number will increase for every fixed 10 rows. Any code to do this faster? I have a very huge no. of data.Thanks in advance.

Eg: I need to copy with "number" increase every 10 rows. Attached the sample.
