Print all sheets at once, with their names in the footer

Hi there. My Excel document has multiple sheets. I want to print the whole document with the sheet names as a footer. Because each sheet has a different name, I'm having to print them one at a time at the moment. It takes ages. I'd like to print them all at once. Is that possible. Thanks in advance for your help.
    I've got Excel 2003 and Excel 2007.

    Chris

    Hello,

click the first sheet tab of your workbook, then hold down the Shift key and click the last sheet tab. Now click File - Page setup - Header/Footer - Custom Footer and enter

    &[Tab]

in the left, center or right footer area, depending on where you want the sheet name to appear. Confirm with OK.

Now, with all sheets still selected, click the Print command. You can preview with the print preview to see that all pages receive the correct footer.

Alternatively, click File - Print and select "Entire workbook" in the "Print What" section.

    cheers

Do you want to set up the names at the same time?
    Hope that helps.

Roy, the VBA statement alone will not take care of the individual sheet name in the footer. I don't feel the OP is after a VBA solution, just a simple way of a one-click approach to print all sheets with the sheet name in the footer.

I didn't suggest the code would change the Footers.

Did you want code or to do it manually as teylyn outlined?
