Needing to average values of cells in one column based on matches in other columns

Hi, I am new here, I hope that someone can help me!

i have a spreadsheet that has columns spatial coordinates, dates, and chemical concentrations of mercury and sulfate, as well as unique identifiers for each mercury and sulfate data point. I matched the dates and locations in access, but there were some double samples taken of each,, so half the time i have a 2 by 2 matrix with one mercury attached to two sulfates, and another mercury attached to the same. What i want to do is have excel look up everywhere that the mercury data has two or more points that have the same date and location, average the values, and return only one row with the averaged value at that space-date. Then do the same for the sulfate. I can separate the mercury and sulfate data first and then rematch them

I attached the mercury data file
