    Problems with Excel Formulas

    Hi,

I am having difficulty getting Excel to do run a formula.

I am trying to rank suppliers to my store. Each critieria has a weighting

    a) number of products 60%
    b) Recency of manufacture 5%
    c) Marketing Materials 10%
    d) samples 5%
    e) Price 20% ( I removed this column)

What I am looking to get is a formula that will assign a value to Column K if if meets a value from column G.

For example if H2 is true then K2 =5 but because Supplier 1 only has 1 product (O3) it should not be 5 but 1. If it had O7 it would get 5

I think this is an "if" and "and function.

    Anyone got any ideas?
