Talking Convert From CST to EST

I am trying to find or write a formula that will convert a column of date/times in Central Standard Time to Eastern Standard time. It seem like it should be a matter of adding one hour, but I cannot figure out how to do that.

5/15/2010 0:09:56 this is CST and I need it to be in EST
    5/15/2010 0:14:52
    5/15/2010 0:17:58
    5/15/2010 0:18:49
    5/15/2010 0:19:49
    5/15/2010 0:20:21
    5/15/2010 0:22:34
    5/15/2010 0:22:45
    5/15/2010 0:48:01
    5/15/2010 2:14:00
    5/15/2010 3:07:37
    5/15/2010 3:08:41

    Hi,

    =A1+1/24

    should do it for you.

Make sure that the new cell is formatted to display as date/time.
    Rule 1: Never merge cells
    Rule 2: See rule 1
