Remove number at end of string

You know how to remove the order in Excel
    Artillery Tower 1
    Fleet Assault 2
    Asteroid War 3
    Asteroids Revenge 4
    Astroblaster 5
    Astroflash 6
The order is the last number on the right, so the result is
    Artillery Tower
    Assault Fleet
    Asteroid War
    Asteroids Revenge
    Astroblaster
    Astroflash
    Thank you very much!

Re: You know how to remove the order in Excel?

Assuming that list is in column A, but this formula in B1 and copy down (or any empty column):

    =TRIM(LEFT(A1,FIND("^", SUBSTITUTE(A1, " ", "^", LEN(A1)-LEN(SUBSTITUTE(A1," ",""))))))

Then copy the resulting list in column B and do an Edit > Paste Special > Values over the old values in column A to make them permanent.
