transpose multiple rows into two columns

Hi there, basically what I need is the reverse of this thread:

that is my data is:
A 0.66 0.77 0.88
B 0.44 0.33
C 0.55 0.66 0.88 0.99 0.44

i need it to be:
A 0.66
A 0.77
A 0.88
B 0.44
B 0.33
C 0.55
C 0.66
C 0.88
C 0.99
C 0.44
