Error Message "Out of Memory" ??

I need to construct Macros on my Excel 2003, but i'm having problems. What is happening is that when i open Excel, this is the path i follow: Tools>Macro>Visual Basic Editor

The resultant error message i get is: "Out of Memory". How do i go about solving this problem?

When i try doing this in Excel 2007, it works perfectly fine.

At Office we don't have Excel 2007 yet, therefore i'm kinda handicapped.
