Using a calculated number as part of a formula reference

    Hi

Tried searching all around for this but hard to figure out exactly how to phrase what I'm looking to do.

I want to concatenate some cell data and get Excel to recognize that as a formula. Let's say in cell A1 I have the letter "B" and in cell A2 I have the number "2". In cell A3 I want to concantenate A1&A2 to get the result "B2" and then have excel actually grab the data from B2. Make sense? so A3 would be "=B2"
