Moving data to the same row for lookups

Is there a way I can get all the data in Row 4 (hours & wages) to be moved up to Row 1 (Name & ID)?

Is there a way to do this for a large quantity of employees when the number of rows between each employee may vary?

    Hope someone can help

    Hi

I saw this last night and whilst it's not exactly like the problem I've been having there are similarities. If you are simply trying to capture more data on a single worksheet then this won't be for you, however, if your problem is actually carrying out formula on the items on different rows then you may be able to get something out of my post which to all intent and purposes will be closed out shortly.

I hope this helps you out.
