Excel 2007 : Superimpose of combine 2 different graph types

I have an assignment to plot a hyetograph and a hydrograph on the same plot with the same x axis but a different primary and secondary y axis.

Basically I have a smooth xy scatter and i need a bar graph to be plotted with as well. I have found a way to plot both but my scales are all distorted and such. I have attached an idea of what I need. In the attachment it shows the bar graph upside down I'd rather not have it that way but any help is appreciated

Try enabling the secondary horizontal axis.
