Excel 2007 : Variable Start Date for Graph

I want to select different start dates for a graph and graph from that date to current by selecting the beginning year from a combobox. For example, if I select 2001, the grapg starts with January 2001 to current; from January 2002, the graph starts with January 2002 to current, etc. What I need is how to set up the graph formula (thru the graph Excel ribbon).
