Question Would like help on a cell formula

I have a weight-tracking sheet, and I've attached a sample spreadsheet, and I only have one function left and can't figure out how to make it work.

In cell J10 (which is my Flex points), I want to leave it at value of 35, EXCEPT when either of the cells from B10 to H10 exceed a value of 30. Then, for each of the cells that are greater than value of 30, take that difference from 30 and subtract it from J10.

For example, let's say on Monday, all my meals add up to 30 points (which is my allowed daily maximum points); therefore, there won't be any change to cell J10 (which is fixed at 35 for now). Then, on Tuesday, all my meals add up to 40 points, which is 10 points more than than my daily allowance. That extra 10 points needs to be subtracted from J10, therefore ending up with value of 25. Then, on Wednesday, again, I overeat and have a total daily points of 35 (that's 5 points over my limit). That extra 5 points gets subtracted from the value of J10, which would then be 20. ...and so on.

Hope that makes sense. Thank you.

jlizerbram, I'm moving this to Excel General. Tips and Tutorials is not a question forum.
