    automatically matching formatting between graphs

    Hello,

I need to change the format of many graphs to match that of a template graph (colour, fill pattern, location of legend, etc.). I was hoping there is a function similar to the 'paint' tool that matches the format of text with one click, but that works for graphs.

I've read a few posts that talk about automating the process somehow, but I don't understand what they mean. Thus far I've been changing each chart component individually.

    Cheers

Fabulous! Thank you, your suggestions works quickly and easily.

Hello, create your perfectly formatted chart, then save it as a template (chart tools - Design tab - save as template). Now select your other graphs one by one and assign that chart template to each graph (Chart tools - Design tab - change chart type - templates)

    cheers
