Excel 2007 : Sum values efficiently

Hi guys,

This may be a simple inquiry but i need help by today!

From the attached spreadsheet i need to get these values by law school "Column D":

1. The total number of reps that have current year credits (anything in column L)

2. The total amount of current year credits (total of Column L for each law school)

3. The Total amount of Pay credits (total of Column M for each law school)

4. The total amount of Personal Comissions (total of Column P for each law school)

5. The total amount of Head Rep. Comissions (total of Column Q for each law school)

6. The total amount of 2010 SY payout (total of Columns P+Q )

I'm sure each condition can be found in the similar manner so even helping me out with the first two requests would be helpful.
