Excel 2007 : excel 2010 (2007) question

Good afternoon,

I hope someone can shed some light on this for me. the attached file is but a bit of a file i am working on.

one of the sheets are potential candidates (named candidates example) and the other is a facility sheet (facility example).

what i would hope can be done, is to take the zip codes associated with the candidates (these are all the zip codes in a given radius some as high as 50 miles) that are within this candidates driving distance.

if a facilitys zip code falls within those parameters, i would like to get some kind of visual clue.

i have tried this in access, but it only has 255 colums, and some of these zip codes for each candidate approach 500+

i would think somehow it can be done in a pivot table but im just not seeing how to do so.

this file was made in excel 2010.
