Excel 2007 : Comparing id and names in two sheets

I need some help with comparing two sheets of data and showing miss matched data on a third sheet. I have the employee ID in Colum A1:A40056 and Employee name in Colum C1:C40056 “Sheet1” which is the master. The data in “Sheet2” is employee ID in Colum F1:F40056 and Employee name in Colum D1:D40056. I would like to show the non matching ID and Employee name on the third sheet. Any help I appreciate.

If you have Access available, then this is a very simple calculation. If you do, post back and I will give you detailed instructions on importing the spreadsheets, running the query and exporting results back out to Excel.
