change row color after filling one cell

Hi, I attach a file to better describe what I need.

Column A: either one of the two following values, "P" (= pending) or "C" (=canceled)
Example:

If A1=P, cell A1:G1 will stay White.
If A1=C, cell A1:G1 will change color to Green.

I hope I could explain what I need.
Don't hesitate to ask me anything is not clear.
