Creating a stacked line chart using 2 separate groups of dates

Hello everyone! I need some help creating a stacked line chart (or if you have a better idea/chart for conveying this information that is fine too) involving some milestones and 2 groups of dates. The dates are either projected or actual. attached is a spreadsheet of my data.

Ideally I would like the milestone titles to be on the vertical axis and the dates to be on the horizontal. Any help yall could provide would be great. Thanks everyone!

Sounds like a gantt chart but you only appear to have starting dates and no durations.

Search forum for gantt and see if the chart style is appropriate.
