Graphs display only partially when opened by others

Hi All,
I have a problem with the way graphs display on other peoples PC's. I've attached two pics of the graph in question.

So the problem is as follows;
I've created a graph on my PC on Excel 2010. When another person views it in Excel 2007 the graph only shows the top left of the graph. When someone else views it in 2010, it shows up fine.

I don't believe it has anything to do with the Zoom of the page as the graph still shows the same area. Am I missing a flag or something? As this is incredibly frustrating.

What happens when you move the chart from a chart sheet to a worksheet?

Is it still being cut off?

I'd say the culprit is more likely 2007 rather than 2010. Do you have the latest service pack for 2007 installed?

In 2007 when you change the graph from its own sheet to an object in another sheet, it displays fully. There are some issues with headings and what not, but the entire chart is shown.

I spoke with our IT guy and he says that our 2007 service packs aren't up to date. We're going to update them tomorrow at some stage. Do you believe this could be the problem? I was really hoping it was something a bit easier to handle
