Extract text out of a string

I want to extract text out of a text string. In my example can this text consist of one or several words. See examples of text strings below. Do you have any suggestion with regards to a function I can use. A user-defined function is OK.

If the text is always at the front of the string and the sub string of interest is always followed by a digit then:
