locate all same numbers, and sum totals corresponding to each

Need help with this problem. I've tried vlookup, however, its not giving me the results i need.

Sheet 1 is the summary tab.
Sheet 2 is the data tab.

Sheet 1 contains a list of unique numbers (B2:B40). On column C2:C40) is where i need the results (sum).
Sheet 2 has a data dump where you may find the corresponding number of lets say B2 from Sheet 1... but its listed several times in random rows in column N. Each of these have a total (number at N2 and the total at AJ2).

what i need is to capture all the numbers in sheet 2 (b2) that are the same in Sheet 2 (column N) and bring back the sum of all totals from column AJ.

and than the same for b3 and b4 and so on.....

i'm using excel 2007...

To best describe or illustrate your problem you would be better off attaching a dummy workbook, the workbook should contain the same structure and some dummy data of the same type as the type you have in your real workbook - so, if a cell contains numbers & letters in this format abc-123 then that should be reflected in the dummy workbook.

If needed supply a before and after sheet in the workbook so the person helping you can see what you are trying to achieve.

Doing this will ensure you get the result you need!
