Wonder if you can help me with a problem I have in Excel. Not sure if it is solveable, but here is my solution. I basically want something neater.

When someone opens my file, before they can see any content, they state why they might be changing content....
It records the current values of the output sheet...and records their name automatically from the Excel name....
They make changes and it is saved.

Currently, I have a weird macro where they write their name, and it copy and pastes output into a new file....then my macro inserts a comment box so I know who it really was in a hidden column!!!

If there is anything you know that is neater, can you point me in the right direction?? Any advice much appreciated.
