    Hi,

You don't say which of the two columns C & D contain the dates you wish to include in your definition of Weekly and Daily.

Then you've not defined what constitutes a week or day. I'm assuming it's G2 & J2 on the PMT sheet for week, and G3 & J3 for day.

You can use the COUNTIFS() function which allows you to specify many criteria. Note this is COUNTIFS() not the COUNTIF() you use for your Monthly summary.

It would be prudent to also use COUNTIFS() for the month as well and specify the G1&J1 cells in the criteria since at the moment the system assumes that all the 6:1050 rows are relevant to the month.

    Hi,

    See the attached.

I've assumed it's column C that contains the relevant dates. If not change C6:C1050 to read D6:D1050
