Get Values from Cell After Certain Text?

Hello All,

Is it possible to get the values from a cell, 'after' a certain number of text, or after a certain specified text?

For eg, in Column A I have:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

So in Column B I'd like to have:

Please Login or Register  to view this content.

ie. I'm truncating the text "http://search.yahoo.com/search?vc=&p=" or the first 37 letters.

But mind me, is it possible to do a formula for 'certain specified text', and that for 'before' the text.
Sorry if I'm putting it wrong. What I mean is, eg:

In Column B I'd like to get rid of the &ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a
and just leave

excel+forum
word+forum
powerpoint+forum
access+forum

If the variables in the URL are constant such that should additional variables exist then "ie" is always next variable:
