Excel 2007 : excel file not opening

file is attached for your information. this file was made on office 2000 and its not opening in office 2007.

The attachment is a picture, not a workbook.

i have taken a screen shot of error what i get when i open the excel file.

We can't se what may be causing the error from a screen shot, attach the workbook, zipped if necessary

attach is the workbook which having problem and it is made in office 2000.

How was this created? It's seems that it may be corrupt

this is the file of one of our user in organization. he said that it was created in office 200 and there are formulas in it. now he is using office 2007 and he facing this problem..yeah it looks corrupt but is there any chance to repair file...thanks
