Please check the file. For some cells, I cannot get away the lower border lines for column I. This happened after I have deleted the conditional formatting of that cell.

What did you try? I selected the entire sheet and applied No Borders & No Fill options. Some of the cells seem to have a white background fill.Have tried every possible way...

Yes, in fact some of the cells are filled white. Supposedly, after filled white the border lines should disappear but it turns out the other way round.
I have tried to use the "eraser function" to erase it manually, unfilled it and fill it white again, no border option selected, all sorts of stuffs. It look very strange when I tried to paste it as picture in my powerpoint file, having the stupid border lines beneath.
It seems like you mean gridlines not borders. Try selecting your area, and formatting it with white border lines. Copy the cells and use paste special> bitmap in PP.
