    Pivot: Rearrange data

In the attached workbook I have a pivot table. In the Columns section is MOS2, and in the Data section I put AMOUNT. So what SHOWS in the Data section is the amounts of Budget, Projected, and Difference (a calculated item). I want to rearrange the order of these three items, but the only options I can find are to sort them in Ascending order, Descending, or Manual. Ascending or Descending won't work, unless I rename my fields in alphabetical order (that's why my Budget Amount says "01-Budget", for another Pivot Table). The "Manual" setting says I can drag and drop, but I can't seem to do that with this headings. Can anyone help with this?

    Thanks.

worked for me ... hover over bottom of "PROJECTED" until you see the four arrows then holding left mouse button drag the item to the left of Diff column.

A-ha! That DOES work! I also found another way; where "PROJECTION" is I type in "Difference", and the data changes places along with the title. Cool!

    Thank You!
