    Pivot sorting issue

    Hi,

My pivot (see xls file) is sorted on a count but apparently on the first column as well. Which results in a recount. I want it to look solely at the count of IKG (see jpg file).

I know its possible to copy the pivot and paste it as a table. From there on I can fill in the blanks in column IKG and re-sort.

I prefer a solution in the pivot itself. Is this possible?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

If you want to sort solely by one criterion, then you can not group your data by other criteria. Take out the IKG and Leverancier levels from the rows and then sort the remaining list. See attached.

The other columns are critical to the analysis. Isn't it possible to ungroup IKG as so:

    B35 - - -
    B35 - - -
    B35 - - -
    B37 - - -
    B37 - - -
    ...

I don't think you can. At least not that I know. If you group, then you are stuck with the levels inside the group. You could sort by your B34, B38 etc, but that would just sort by the text value of the data label.
