combobox value of YES

Hi guys,

could someone here can assist me with the attached spreadsheet. actually it was in the userform and the attached spreadsheet was the sample of what i want to come up.

1 have 3 combo boxes on the form and 1 textbox.

if 2 combo boxes have a YES and the other combo box has NA value then in textbox will have value of 25.00

else if 2 combo boxes have a NO value and othe combo box have Yes then the value for textbox is 0.00
