Finding the value from the list parts and insert extra part in the list

I have created 3 list i.e.List no.1 to 3.There are so many parts having in each list.Now,I want to lookup the value of a part ( part indicate in the cell of A4~A58 ), value in the cell F4 ( denotes the parts appearing in the list cell E4) and etc.My expected result are in C4 to C58.Is it possible through VLOOKUP or any other excel formulas?

Also ,I want insert the extra parts ( appearing in the cell E12~E14 ) in the same list ( E4 ~ E6 ).Is it possible.If yes,then,How?

In your VLOOKUP formula change the FALSE to TRUE to enable "fuzzy matching". You will also need to keep your parts list sorted ascending like it is now. Remember that.

TO be able to add to your list more simply, move it to another sheet. That will look cleaner, too.

I am unable to append the extra part in my list no.1.Can you append all the part highlighted with blue colours in list no.1?I will be grateful to you if this exercise done on my attach file.

Sorry, the more I look at your sheet the less I'm confident I actually know what you're doing.

You can add the blue items to the bottom of the list1 and then sort. Not sure what's happening there.
