Excel 2007 : Time Calculation

Hi,

I have a start time, end time and time taken option in my work book. For eg. if the cell A2 is start time and B2 is end time to calculate the difference i will put the formula as =B2-A2 but the challenge is when the time changes from 11:59 PM to 12:00 AM the time taken column shows as ######. Attached the file for your reference.
