Referencing Email Addresses in another Worksheet

I am working on designing a large workbook for my office. Each person in my office has there own worksheet in this workbook that feeds to a master worksheet that pulls all the information together and makes it easier to sort it all together. So far I have everything pulling together and referencing just fine, with one excpetion: One column of information everyone provides in their worksheets contains email addresses for outside contacts. In their individual worksheets these email addresses when typed appear as hyperlinks that when clicked open an email (which is what we want). However, when the cells are referenced on the master sheet (I am using the formula: =JILL!E2) the email address pulls over but without the hyperlink. Does anyone know how to pull information from another worksheet within a workbook and still keep the hyperlink active? I cannot just copy and paste the information because each employee will be responsible for updating information as contacts change. Thanks :-)

Assuming the originals display the full email address etc (not "friendly text") then encase the link within a HYPERLINK function
