Excel 2007 : Vlookup help

I spent 3 hours last night trying to figure this out. I know I'm just missing one little piece, but can't figure it out.

I have a list of email addresses in column D on sheet 1, I also have a list of email addresses in column C on sheet 2. I want to know if any of the names on sheet 2 show up on sheet one and put "registered" in column E on sheet 1 if it's a match.

Can anyone help?

Try this in Sheet1 E2, assuming your data begins in row 2

Thanks, it's still not working. I adjusted the lookup range to fit my data. Is there something that I'm missing?
