Excel 2007 : Macros

Dear Mr. /Mrs.

I looked almost everywhere and I figured out that this is the best website that provides help regarding MS Excel.
My name is Tarek Alahjeri, an Information Analyst, with the United Nations department of safety and security.
is it possible to connect websites' article with MS Excel. I heard that micros can b programmed in some way and enable fetching articles into a MS excel sheet and later on you can read all the articles which have been fetched into the Excel sheet.
One more question, is there a way that I can export MS Excel content to a Word format (format or layout that I design). However, not using CSV format, then convert to table or copy and paste.

I would really appreciate it if you can help me
