it depends on what you mean by numbers is 1% 0.01 or is it 1?

if its 0.01 just format the cells as %

if its 1, type 0.01 in a cell then copy CTRL V, highlight the data you want to convert, and select paste special (right click in 2007), then select multiply click ok.

    Now just format as %

    Hi,

Put .01 in a cell, copy it, select your column of numbers and do a Paste Special Multiply.
Then format the column as a percentage.
