how to track links when Automatic Update of Links Has Been Disabled message pops up

I have a spreadsheet that has 460 tabs in it, and after a recent computer crash, every time I open it, it gives the message above. What's funny is that the spreadhseet that it's trying to link up to is itself.

I did a search for the name of the spreadhseet in tabs that contain formulas in it, but found no links..... I don't think the rest of the other 450 tabs have formulas in them (althought they might)is there another eaiser way of track links and on what tab they might be? I'd like to see if I can elliminate that message.

    Thank you.

You either quit or become really good at it. There are no other choices.

Have a look on the "Data" ribbon - there should be an option to edit / break links

OK, that did it. Funny, though. The link was to some other spreadsheet, not to itself, but what ever works.

    Thank you
